Description
SQ-720003 One-component UV light hardening liquid is mainly used for hardening the surface of PC, PET, PMMA, PC/PMMA composite sheet or film. It can be coated by spraying, curtain coating, roller coating, etc. After the coating is formed into a film, it has good adhesion to the substrate and can protect the surface of the coated material for a long time. The coating process is simple and the production efficiency is high. The coating has good optical properties, no rainbow pattern, high cross-linking density, low curing shrinkage, extremely high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and good anti-graffiti performance. It can be used to make texture decoration and shell molding of mobile phones, notebook computers, home appliances and other products. The product has high hardness, good chemical resistance, high transparency and stain resistance, and steel wool resistance 1000-3000 times.

Construction technology
1. The commonly used coating methods of UV type wear-resistant and hardening liquid are spraying, curtain coating and roller coating, please avoid exposure to sunlight;
2. The product does not need any pretreatment (including dilution), and it is recommended to shake before coating to make the dispersion more uniform;
3. When performing spray coating, the spray coating equipment nozzles are sprayed from the same horizontal line from left to right, and the specific process refers to the guidance of the equipment manufacturer;
4. After the spray coating is completed, keep the plate running vertically for about 2 minutes, so that the surface can be volatilized and leveled, and then enter the drying tunnel at 60-70 °C to maintain vertical heating for 5 minutes;
5. After heating, enter the UV curing lamp area for conventional curing. The specific curing time is recommended to be adjusted according to the energy of the lamp. If conditions permit, the time can be appropriately extended to improve the hardness of the film layer; (The energy of the UV curing lamp in the test experiment is 2000W, Tube length 30cm)
6. After curing, the performance of the board can be directly measured after cooling to room temperature;
7. After spray coating, please use organic solvent to thoroughly clean the equipment.

1. This product has been diluted to the solid content and viscosity suitable for coating. It does not need to be diluted before use,
