L-6203 Dilution Resistant UV Polyurethane Resin for 3c vacuum plating , pvc uv vanish
L-6203 is a 2-functional UV polyurethane resin with good sag resistance, recommended for use in coatings, inks, adhesives, and other photopolymerization applications. As the main film-forming resin in free-radical curing systems, L-6203 offers better overall performance and tensile properties compared with L-6200C. It exhibits excellent adhesion on various plastic substrates and strong interlayer bonding in vacuum-metallized coatings. The resin provides superior hiding power on metal substrates and high fullness on uneven or defective surfaces. The cured coating resists boiling water, shows low yellowing, and is suitable for high-performance coatings and ink systems.
