SQ-720001 One-component UV light hardening liquid, mainly used for hardening the surface of PC, PET, PMMA, PC/PMMA composite sheet or film. It can be coated by spraying, curtain coating, roller coating, etc. After the coating is formed into a film, it has good adhesion to the substrate and can protect the surface of the coated material for a long time. The coating process is simple and the production efficiency is high. The coating has good optical properties, no rainbow pattern, high cross-linking density, low curing shrinkage, extremely high hardness and excellent wear resistance. It can be used to make texture decoration and shell molding of mobile phones, notebook computers, home appliances and other products. High hardness, good chemical resistance, high transparency, steel wool resistance 30-80 times.

Performance
The product is suitable for hardening the surface of PC, PET, PMMA, PC/PMMA composite sheet and other sheet and film material; Good wetting performance to substrate, smooth coating after film formation, high gloss, high hardness and smooth hand feeling; Superior wear and scratch resistance;
High and low temperature resistance, high humidity, chemical solvent resistance, moisture resistance, UV resistance and other effects are good, and the performance of the product remains stable in harsh environments.It has good resistance to high and low temperature, high humidity, chemical solvents, moisture and ultraviolet rays .Stable performance in harsh environments.
Application
It is mainly used to make texture decoration and shell forming of mobile phones, laptops, household appliances and other products
Construction technology
1. The common coating methods of UV wear-resistant hardening fluid are spraying, drenching and roller coating. Please avoid exposure to sunlight;
2. The product does not need any pretreatment (including dilution). Shaking is recommended before coating.
3. When spraying, the nozzle of spraying equipment shall spray from left to right from the same horizontal line,Refer to the instructions of the equipment manufacturer for the specific process.
4. After coating, keep the plate running vertically for about 2min to make it volatilize and level freely,
Then enter the 60-70 ºC oven and keep heating vertically for 5min.
7. After coating, please clean the equipment thoroughly with organic solvent.
Notes
1. This product has been diluted to the solid content and viscosity suitable for coating. It does not need to be diluted before use,
