Lencolo 5022 is a low-yellowing liquid photoinitiator for UV-induced polymerization of unsaturated prepolymer systems. It offers an optimized balance between low residual odor, reduced exotherm during cure, and overall curing efficiency.

Application
It is commonly used in clear varnishes for wood and plastic substrates. It is also applicable to optical films, and can be incorporated into conventional UV-curable formulations. It is particularly recommended for systems requiring low odor, low exotherm, and low-yellowing performance.
Usage method
Recommended addition:
Film thickness 5-20μm: 2-4 %
Film thickness 20μm: 1-3%
It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through preliminary testing before use.
