L-6313 is a tough 3-functional aromatic polyurethane resin with good abrasion resistance, fast cure speed and other characteristics, under the curing condition of 30mJ/cm2 mercury lamp, add 5% photoinitiator 1173, the surface can dry completely. L-6313 can be used for vacuum coating primers, top coats, UV varnish, UV ink and nail polish system, it can significantly improve the toughness, dryness, abrasion resistance and leveling.
