It can prevent paint floating and blooming, has a good wetting effect on pigments, reduces viscosity can improve leveling and increase the amount of pigment used in water-based coating systems without pigment Concentrates for resins.
Various water-based inks, water-based epoxy, water-based alkyd, water-based polyurethane, water-based acrylic and other coating systems, water-based adhesives.
For best performance, the recommended colorant system consists of only pigments, Lencolo 1190W and water (without resin, amines and co-solvents) to achieve the best results. When producing color paste, the additives and water must be mixed evenly, and the pigment must be fully dispersed before adding the additives.
The usage amount depends to a large extent on the specific surface area of the pigment. It is recommended that users conduct experiments to determine the optimal addition amount before use.
Adding amount: 20~30% of inorganic pigments; 10~12% of titanium dioxide weight; Organic pigments 30~75%; carbon black 70~130%.
