Description:
SQ-710002 Single component of UV curing glue, through various patterns and structural mold formed in PC, PET and TPU and other film surface. It can be manually transferred to the surface of the film in batches using small molds, or it can be automated, high-capacity structured rollers or Textured film transfer. Mainly used to make the texture decoration and shell moulding of mobile phones, laptop computers, home appliances and other products. The product has the characteristics of good demoulding performance, high hardness, good plating ability, recoating ability and ultraviolet aging resistance performance.

Performance
It has better tensile deformation performance, and the film has good stretchability. For workpieces with large deformation, cracks will not appear after high stretching, and the permeability is good;
Strong tear resistance, the film thickness is 50-350um, and after 180-degree bending, the adhesive layer does not crack, bend or fall off;
High and low temperature resistance, high humidity, chemical solvent resistance, moisture resistance, UV resistance and other effects are good, and the performance of the product remains stable in harsh environments.
Application
It is mainly used to make texture decoration and shell forming of mobile phones, laptops, household appliances and other products.
Construction technology
Clean the material surface.
- Pour the glue into the metal mold to make the PC or pet fit with the metal mold, squeeze the material surface with a glue stick to make the glue discharge the bubbles and level them better, and make sure that the bonding parts are covered with glue.
- Irradiate with an ultraviolet lamp with a wavelength of 265 or 395 nm. When irradiating, the ultraviolet lamp shall be close to the glue as much as possible, so as to speed up the curing speed.
- Tear PC or pet from the metal mold. At this time, the adhesive layer is completely stripped and adhered to the surface of PC or pet.
- If the adhesive layer is not completely cured, you can continue to irradiate it with ultraviolet lamp until the adhesive layer is fully cured.
Process diagram
Unwinding → gluing release film with special treatment → mold rolling → UV curing → demoulding → winding → printing ink, etc. → slitting → molding → injection molding → tearing off the surface polyester film → spraying the hardened layer
Notes:
- Ensure that the UV adhesive layer absorbs sufficient UV energy to achieve the curing effect, otherwise it is easy to affect the performance of the adhesive layer.
2. The remaining glue shall not be returned to the original packaging. It shall be sealed away from light and stored at room temperature.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
This product will be functional for 6 months as long as storing under normal temperature and keeping away from heat and light.
Packing: 1kg / 5kg / 25kg / barrel.
Tips: SQ-710002 high tensile UV transfer adhesive, better tensile deformation, no cracks on workpieces with large deformation, good transparency and easy processing.
