Description
Lencolo 5006D, an efficient UV-resistant photoinitiator, belongs to liquid 184 and is used to initiate photopolymerization of unsaturated prepolymer system. UV-curable coatings and inks used as efficient UV-curable initiators and non-yellowing initiators can be used in acrylate series UV-curable varnishes on paper, metal and plastic surfaces, especially in 100% solid UV system.ps.

Performance
Liquid, more convenient to add, very suitable for all kinds of 100% solid UV systems, all kinds of UV ink systems, and all kinds of UV systems that are inconvenient to filter with high mesh screen after photoinitiated addition.Obviously improve the yellowing resistance and aging resistance of various UV resins.Has fast photocuring rate and low odor after curing.Because of its wide absorption spectrum range, it is suitable for the complete curing of white paint containing titanium dioxide, with good surface curing.
Application
Mainly used in white system, it can be used in ultraviolet curing coatings, printing inks, ultraviolet curing adhesives, optical fiber coatings and so on. With low yellowing, it is more suitable for varnishes, especially for coating systems with low odor requirements.
Usage method:
It can be used alone or in combination with other photoinitiators, which can adjust the balance between surface curing and deep curing.
