Lencolo SQ-730003 UV Adhesive for PET UV Glue for PET  One-component UV adhesive is mainly used for bonding hard-to-adhere materials such as PET and PP. The product has the characteristics of low viscosity, strong adhesion, high transparency and good weather resistance, and can be used for bonding and sealing of electronic components, toys, handicrafts, gifts, mobile phone sheaths, furniture and other materials.

Application
Bonding and sealing of materials in the fields of electronic components, toys, handicrafts, gifts, mobile phone sheaths and other products of mobile phones, notebook computers, home appliances and other products. It also has excellent bonding strength for the bonding between metal, glass, fiber products and rigid plastics. It is suitable for electronic products that need to be glued and fixed.

Construction technology
1. One of the two substrates to be bonded is transparent and the surface is clean, dry and free of grease.
2. Apply UV glue on the surface of one of the substrates, close the two substrates, and compact them with the corresponding tools, so that the two can be better covered without air bubbles. The gluing method can be manual or automatic dispensing machine.
3. Irradiate with a UV lamp with a wavelength of 265 or 395 nm. When lighting from the center to the periphery, and confirm that the light can really penetrate the bonding area. It is recommended to light for about 6s. During the initial positioning, after removing the remaining glue on the workpiece, re-light until it is completely cured; the curing time should be different according to different materials, glue thickness, and ultraviolet intensity. It is recommended that users purchase a UV intensity tester and perform a light intensity test before bonding to reduce the reject rate.
4. The temperature also has a little effect on the activity of the glue. When the temperature is low, the curing time should be appropriately extended; during operation, the materials to be bonded should not be squeezed and repeatedly rubbed. It is recommended to use a fixing tool.

Notes
1. Ensure that the UV adhesive layer absorbs sufficient ultraviolet energy to achieve the curing effect, otherwise it will easily affect the performance of the adhesive layer.
2. The remaining glue cannot be returned to the original packaging, it should be sealed in the dark and stored at room temperature.
