For best performance, the recommended colorant system consists of only pigments, Lencolo 1190W and water (without resin, amines and co-solvents) to achieve the best results. When producing color paste, the additives and water must be mixed evenly, and the pigment must be fully dispersed before adding the additives.
The usage amount depends to a large extent on the specific surface area of the pigment. It is recommended that users conduct experiments to determine the optimal addition amount before use.
Adding amount: 20~30% of inorganic pigments; 10~12% of titanium dioxide weight; Organic pigments 30~75%; carbon black 70~130%.
