Description
Lencolo 8910 It is a liquid rheology additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings. Through selective incompatibility with the coating system, fine, needle-like crystals are produced at an appropriate stirring speed, and a three-dimensional network structure is formed through the bonding force between crystals, thereby providing a strong thixotropy for the system and also It provides excellent anti-sinking and anti-sag performance. When the paint is stored, Lencolo 8910 uses a three-dimensional network structure to support each pigment component, effectively preventing the pigment and filler from settling, and at the same time, the viscosity increases. During construction, due to the certain shear force given to the system, the network structure of Lencolo 8910 is destroyed, and the viscosity drops rapidly, meeting the construction requirements. This network builds up within seconds when the shear force is removed, preventing sagging of the paint film. It is liquid, easy to add and post Addition, good anti-sagging performance, less dosage.

Performance
It is suitable for improving the anti-settling properties of pigment systems, and due to its strong thixotropic flow properties, it can improve the anti-sagging properties of paints and varnishes without affecting the rheology. Most suitable for medium polar systems, not suitable for non-polar base systems containing aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents.
