Performance
UV coating: L-6365 modified trifunctional polyurethane is recommended to be used in vacuum coating UV topcoat. It can be used for low-viscosity and low-film-thickness systems to quickly level and improve reaction speed. To deepen the color adhesion, it needs to be used with thermoplastic and other adhesion resins, which can be significantly improved. Thermoplastics have good leveling properties, good compatibility, surface heat scratch resistance, and good wear resistance. Generally, it is required that the system products have high cost performance. UV varnish system can be used for main body adhesion resin, providing good large area wetting leveling, gloss hardness, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.
