Lencolo 5020 has greater absorption in the UV and visible regions and is more effective at initiating cure than other photoinitiators for coating systems containing pigments. There is almost no yellowing after curing and long-term light irradiation, so it can be used in occasions with strict yellowing requirements, such as: white, light-colored inks and coatings. In addition, it has a bleaching effect on light, and rays can penetrate the coating, which is conducive to the thorough curing of thick films.
