Description
SQ-710004 Single component of UV curing glue, through various patterns and structural mold formed in PC, PET and TPU and other film surface. It can be manually transferred to the surface of the film in batches using small molds, or it can be automated, high-capacity structured rollers or Textured film transfer. Mainly used to make the texture decoration and shell moulding of mobile phones, laptop computers, home appliances and other products. The product has the characteristics of good demoulding performance, high gloss, high leveling, high hardness (3-5H), anti-ultraviolet aging, anti-scratch and wear-resistant.

It is mainly used to make texture decoration and shell forming of mobile phones, laptops, household appliances and other products.


Cnstruction technology
1. Clean the surface of the material.
2. Pour the glue into the metal mold, make PC or PET fit with the metal mold, squeeze the surface of the material with a glue stick, so that the glue can discharge the bubbles and level it better, and make sure that the bonding parts are covered with glue.
3. Irradiate with a UV lamp with a wavelength of 265 or 395 nm. When irradiating the UV lamp as close as possible to the glue, this can speed up the curing speed.
4. Tear off the PC or PET from the metal mold. At this time, the adhesive layer is completely released and adhered to the surface of the PC or PET.
5. If the adhesive layer is not completely cured, you can continue to irradiate it with ultraviolet light until the adhesive layer is fully cured.

Process diagram
Unwinding → gluing on the specially treated release film → mold rolling → UV curing → demoulding → winding → printing ink, etc. → slitting → molding → injection molding → peeling off the surface polyester film → spraying the hardened layer


Notes
  1. Ensure that the UV adhesive layer absorbs sufficient UV energy to achieve the curing effect, otherwise it is easy to affect the performance of the adhesive layer.
2. The remaining glue shall not be returned to the original packaging. It shall be sealed away from light and stored at room temperature.
