Description
SQ-730001  One-component UV adhesive is mainly used for bonding between common plastics such as TPU, PMMA, PC, PVC, ABS, PS, etc. Especially it has very strong adhesion to TPU film, and achieves the destruction strength of the substrate. Glue has the characteristics of low viscosity, strong adhesion, high transparency and good weather resistance. Can be used to bond and seal electronic components, toys, crafts, gifts, mobile phone sheath and other fields of material.

Performance
Good adhesion and fastness to TPU, PMMA, PC, PVC, ABS, PS and other plastics, especially good adhesion to TPU;
Fast curing speed, positioning in 1 second, complete curing in 10-20 seconds;
Good yellowing resistance and good transparency;
Low volume shrinkage and good elasticity;
It has good effects of high and low temperature resistance, high humidity, moisture resistance and UV resistance, and the product performance remains stable in harsh environments.

Application
Bonding and sealing of materials in the fields of electronic components, toys, handicrafts, gifts, mobile phone sheaths and other products of mobile phones, notebook computers, home appliances and other products. It also has excellent bonding strength for the bonding between metal, glass, fiber products and rigid plastics. Any electronic or other products that need to be glued and fixed can be used.

Construction technology
1. One of the two materials to be bonded is transparent and the surface is clean, dry and free of grease.
2. Apply UV glue on the surface of one of the materials, close the two materials, and compact them with the corresponding tools, so that the two pieces of materials can be combined better and have no bubbles. The gluing method can be manual or automatic dispensing machine.
3. Irradiate with a UV lamp with a wavelength of 265 or 395 nm. When lighting from the center to the periphery, and confirm that the light can really penetrate the bonding area. It is recommended to light for about 6s. During the initial positioning, remove the remaining glue on the workpiece, and then re-light until it is fully cured; the curing time should be different according to different preparation bonding materials, glue thickness, and ultraviolet intensity. It is recommended that users purchase a UV intensity tester and perform a light intensity test before bonding to reduce the reject rate.
4. The temperature also has a slight effect on the activity of the glue. When the temperature is low, the curing time should be appropriately extended; during operation, the materials to be bonded should not be squeezed and repeatedly rubbed, and it is recommended to use a fixing tool;

Notes
1. Ensure that the UV adhesive layer absorbs sufficient ultraviolet energy to achieve the curing effect, otherwise it will easily affect the performance of the adhesive layer.
2. The remaining glue cannot be returned to the original packaging, it should be sealed in the dark and stored at room temperature.

Storage, shelf time and Packing
This product will be functional for 6 months as long as storing under normal temperature and keeping away from heat and light.
