Lencolo 5025 is a high-efficiency type II photoinitiator, which is suitable for photocuring materials composed of unsaturated polyester, etc. Its advantage is that it has good compatibility with organic solvents, and it is used for the corresponding resins together with tertiary amines. It is used for UV polymerization and curing. It is generally used in screen printing inks, varnishes, lithographic printing inks, flexo printing inks, electronic products, and wood coatings. Its absorption peak is at 258-382 nanometers. It can also be used as a photosensitizer to enhance the curing performance of UV 907.
