Description
Lencolo 1105 is an unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer and organosiloxane copolymer solution, controlled flocculation of pigments, forming bridges between individual pigment particles,form a three-dimensional structure. Through the controlled flocculation between the pigments, the flooding and floating, sedimentation and sagging of the pigments can be prevented. It has a good wetting and dispersing effect on matte powder, can play a very good anti-flooding and anti-floating effect in rubber oil and UV matte oil.

Performance
With a small amount of organosiloxane copolymer, it is more effective against color floating and blooming, and it also helpsprevents Bernard swirls and streaks, improves surface slip, leveling and counteracts matting powders (matt powder) and the directional arrangement of aluminum silver paste.

UV matte oil, rubber oil, industrial coatings, wood coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, coil coatings, Architectural coatings, especially suitable as a dispersing wetting agent for titanium dioxide and matting powder.

Usage
Addition amount:
p-titanium dioxide 0.5-2.5%             Matting powder 0.3-1%
Inorganic pigment 3-10%               Organic pigment 10-20%
